• Display names, photos, descriptions, Instagram handles, and locations (if provided) may be displayed publicly on our website and social media if your submission is approved.

Site Operation

• Server logs are used for security monitoring and troubleshooting technical issues
• We may use aggregated, non-identifying statistics to understand how the site is used (e.g., "500 people visited the deals page this week")

What We Will NEVER Do

Let us be absolutely clear:

• We will never sell your data. Not your email, not your submissions, not your browsing information. Never.

• We will never publish your email address.
• We will never send you unsolicited marketing emails. If you submit a build, we'll only email you about that submission.

Our community submission form requires users to confirm they are at least 13 years old. MintyBrick is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the site from outside the US, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the site, you consent to this transfer.
